About us

Who we are

We are a group of volunteers who support Ukrainian heroes.

From the first day of the full-scale russian attack on Ukraine, every one of us has decided to be useful. We started volunteering to provide our people with much-needed equipment and supplies. Recently we’ve created a charity to amplify our efforts to help and raise funds. We support our compatriots on the front line because Ukraine’s victory on the battlefield is the primary ground for our country's further existence.

Staying responsive

We constantly monitor the situation on the frontlines and keep in touch with those people whom we’ve previously helped or are helping now to make sure they have everything to keep them safe. We are also open to a partnership with other organizations and charity foundations to coordinate our efforts and provide them with assistance if needed.

Head of the FoundationSince the first days of the full-scale war I have felt responsible for the future and the thought “If I don’t help, who will?” has never left my mind. That’s how I found the front line where I can defend my country. This gives me a great sense of life.

Creative DirectorBasically speaking, volunteering helped me pull myself together and take my mind off the sudden fuck-up that had begun. I wanted to help in some way. I’m far from being a good warrior, however, going to work and paying taxes didn't seem enough to me. The phrase 'everyone should just do their own thing' sounds like an excuse to me. Yes, you have to do your job well, it's as clear as day. But when there is a war going on, you should keep doing your job and make some extra effort, around 30%. I felt it was necessary to do this. We are one big family and if everyone in the country spent at least an hour a day working towards our victory, it would be us carrying the planet, not the other way around.

Head of the Military DepartmentThat’s exactly the kind of activity that can dull the survivor's guilt, and save us from going crazy. We are now creating the stories we will be telling our grandchildren when asked: “How did you defeat russia?” Well, simply because we can't do it any other way.

Head of the Technical DepartmentUnless russia is defeated in a way that leaves no room for doubt or dispute, unless russia is convinced by the terrible logic of events that the glory of its people can never be achieved by violent means, unless its fighting capacity after the war is tangibly undermined, a renewed conflict, after an uneasy and ill-advised truce, seems inevitable.

Lead DeveloperI love Ukraine! Therefore, it is unacceptable to sit and watch when it is in trouble. I transform my love and hatred for the enemy into maximum efficiency.

Manager of the «Mine Shell Signature» projectBeing relatively safe and having enough resources to help, I just can't stay away. My house hasn’t been hit by a missile and I can continue to live in my city thanks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and so I want to express this gratitude with my help. That's why I joined the UAID team, it's much more effective to help, when we’re united. I believe everyone has to fight on their own front line, so that we can liberate our country as soon as possible.

Volunteer of the Logistics DepartmentAt some point, I realized that simply donating my daily cup of coffee in the deciding moment of the war wasn't enough. The foundation gave me a chance to structure my engagement and put my emotions to a rational cause.

Volunteer of the Logistics DepartmentAt some point, I felt that what I had been doing since the beginning of the war was not enough. I need to do more if I have the opportunity and if there are people who need help.

Volunteer of the Logistics DepartmentI can't even imagine how I couldn’t be volunteering now. There is a war going on in my country. And I want to do everything in my power to make it end tomorrow. Or better today. However, I understand that this will take a while. But I believe that if you set unrealistic goals, they are more likely to become reality soon.

Volunteer of the Communications DepartmentIn the first months of the full-scale invasion, I volunteered in Kyiv and traveled with humanitarian aid to Kyiv and Chernihiv regions. At the end of spring, we closed the warehouse, and in the summer of 2022, I wanted to help some more and bring our victory closer. That's when I came across the PLUS movie by UAID. I have a lot of experience with advertising on Meta, so I immediately realized that I could be helpful and offered an idea on how to raise more funds through Meta. Since then, my volunteer work at UAID has been going on. Now, every Ukrainian should help and do everything for our country's victory.

Volunteer of the Communications DepartmentWhen your country is at war, it's hard to do nothing and not help it in any way possible. So I can’t help but volunteer and do my best to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And I’m happy to do this as part of the UAID team.

Volunteer of the Communications DepartmentI am not in the army yet. I don't know how my fate will unfold, but I know for sure that I won't be able to just sit back and relax. And I'm not going to do that. It's really not possible to sit back. Because the trench will come to us anyway. Either in the form of being in it on the front line, or in the form of a grave. There is no other option. So, to prevent it from coming to me and my closest people as a grave, I try to help the army as much as possible.
